Sea Food Spaghetti Ambrose

Squid O Spaghetti Ambrose
Portion 6
  • 400gm of medium size squid
  • 100gm of mince beef
  • 500gm of Spaghetti 
  • 1 onion
  • 3 Shallot
  • 1 Large Ripe Tomato
  • 4 cloves of Garlic
  • 2 Tsp Salt
  • 4 Tbsp of Tomato Ketchup
  • 1 Tbsp Chilli paste
  • 1 Tsp Sugar
  • Pepper
  • Parsley Dried Flake
  • 3 Tbsp of  Cooking Oil or Olive Oil
  • 1/4 cup water
20 minutes
  • Slice squid in round chunky shape.
  • Boil Spaghetti stick until  " AL dente" for about 8 minutes with a pinch of salt
  • Grind in food blender, Garlic, shallot,tomato pepper and big onion into fine paste
How to cook, the spaghetti sauce?
12 minutes
  • Heat up your frying pan, add in the cooking oil or olive oil
  • Put in all the grind ingredients and stir fry gently over medium heat to prevent burning
  • Add in the mince beef, squid, salt and sugar while continue ti stir fry the combination
  • Add water, tomato ketchup, chilli paste and parsley flake and fry until the sauce thicken
Use the sauce to top the spaghetti
